excellent stay near central transport
clean room heating system easy check-in convenient location
The room was clean. a heating system was available and functioned effectively, i found. self check-in was straightforward using the kiosk in the lobby. the location is very close to the main train station. Its proximity made travel arrangements simple. i also received several gifts in my room and bathroom.
i encountered a minor issue, the coffee and tea supplies in my room were only provided for the first day. when i requested more, i only received a single tea bag.

minor inconveniences during stay
slow kiosk street noise
the self-service check-in kiosk was a bit slow. i waited a few minutes for it to process my information. also, the soundproofing wasn't great (especially during the morning rush hour). i could hear street noise fairly easily from my room. i believe better insulation would resolve this.

Excellent Stay Near Everything!
smooth check-in clean room perfect air conditioning delicious breakfast
The self check-in was smooth and easy, a huge plus. Our room was impressively clean and quiet, despite the central location. Air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room comfortable. I used a voucher for a breakfast buffet across the street and the white sausage was delicious!
The pillows provided were somewhat flat.

The amenity room includes a washer and a dryer available at a reasonable price. Lockers are available in the basement. Guests can use them for luggage after check-out until 6 p.m. This provides added convenience and flexibility for travel plans.

quick check-in clean room train station tea supplies bad pillows night messages
Check-in was quick (very efficient!). The room was very clean and spacious. I also liked that the hotel is near the train station.
Coffee and tea were available only for the first day. The pillows provided were not very good. I received multiple messages during the night, which interrupted my sleep.

clean layout bigger fridge
The superior triple room had a perfect layout for us. Everything was super clean. we appreciated the bigger fridge. It was much bigger than fridges in other hotels we've visited. the bathroom was excellent. I loved the spacious shower.
i wish the instructions for the breakfast voucher were clearer, but this was a minor inconvenience.
