i particularly appreciated the room size and the comfortable bed. the terrace with blooming roses was a nice touch. i also found the staff very helpful in arranging a surprise.

I adored the vintage blackout curtains in my attractively decorated single room. It felt so special. the super quiet atmosphere and comfortable bed ensured sound sleep. ample lighting was available, and the fresh air from the window was lovely. returning to the cozy bar was like stepping back in time, a perfect end to the day.
I would have liked a cotton blanket. I find duvets a bit too warm for my preference.

splendid stay, indeed
charming buildinggorgeous paintingscomfy bedcreaky floors
the building impressed me, it had so much character. our room had the most gorgeous paintings and furniture. transport links are excellent, so easy access to sights. the bed was super comfy, just perfect after a long day.
the floors creaked something awful. it was noticeable, especially late at night. hopefully, this can be addressed for future visits.

the staff was friendly, and they speak english very well. matthias and sebastian at reception, along with sue in the breakfast room, provided excellent service. their kindness stood out to me .
