The room was spacious and very clean. The location is excellent, near the main train station. I was allowed early access to my room! The staff were very friendly. They showed me all the room's facilities.

the room was lovely it had air conditioning i could also open a large window the shower was huge and powerful i had requested a double bed it was big and comfortable it was convenient to get to from the station and a short walk into the town i liked the shops and history
the heating in my room was not working i was given a small portable heater it did not do much i was then given another heater it did heat the room but it was too noisy to keep on all night trams passed outside they were loud it was hard to fall asleep

helpful staff opening windows comfortable beds
the staff were very helpful. one person gave me useful tips about the area and another printed my train ticket, i appreciated this extra help! the room had windows that opened. the beds were really comfortable. i slept very well there.
the bathroom wall had a small amount of dirt near the towel rack. it was not a major issue, but i noted it.
