accessible location cozy room uncomfortable bed small room
I found the location very accessible I could easily walk to the central city sites. The room was clean it felt really cozy.
The bed was not very comfortable and the room was really small. It was also very expensive for what it offered I think.

fast check-in public transport clean room
the check in process was quick i was in my room within ten minutes the location is great near public transport and multiple restaurants are nearby the city center is also within walking distance i would stay again. the room provided everything necessary for my one night stay it was also clean and well presented.
the pillows were quite flat and did not offer much support.

I found the location very convenient, only a short walk from the main train station. The city center was also easily accessible. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. The room had ample storage, particularly the shelves.
My room faced the street, and I noticed some noise at night.

nice staff good location perfect hotel
I found the staff really nice. the hotel has a very good location. It is easy to reach from public transport. i flew in for a short trip and this hotel was perfect. i also found a good spot for breakfast just down the road.

the hotel is about a ten minute walk from the main train station. it is also around a ten minute walk from karlsplatz, so it is easy to reach many transport links. connections to underground, train, and bus lines are available.

The staff spoke excellent english. i found the service accommodating and friendly. i saw cookies and apples at reception each day. This was a nice touch. the reception team was always available.
