ample space friendly staff clean room hotel location
The location offers proximity to many restaurants. The staff seemed very friendly . My room was very clean upon arrival. The room size provided ample space.
The elevator made strange noises, at times it seemed out of service.

The location was close to the train station. The hotel has a breakfast with a lot of options, which I appreciated. Staff were really friendly. They were also helpful.
The area was a bit iffy. The crowd near the hotel made me uncomfortable. People were under the influence of alcohol or drugs near the hotel. This might not be suitable for families with kids. I also think it was very expensive for the facilities and the room size.

attentive person smooth checkout low pillow heating issue
the front desk person was attentive. she offered assistance to ensure my trip progressed smoothly, including a straightforward checkout. rooms were satisfactory.
the pillow felt too low and lacked support. it felt less comfortable than a standard cushion. the heating did not appear to work and the staff had different opinions.

The staff were really lovely and helpful. the hotel location was wonderfully walkable, nice for seeing things. the room was clean. The bathroom's size was just nice, and all was quite neat.
the pillow felt a little low and just didn't offer much support. it felt less comfy than a cushion at home.

The staff was helpful. They quickly assisted me with directions to local attractions. The room was clean and well-kept. I found a nice bakery just across the street (the croissants were heavenly!). The location was convenient, allowing me to walk to many key attractions.

good variety quiet room clean room
I found the breakfast had great variety and quality. The coffee machine made a good coffee. My room had a quiet environment, that was a nice surprise. I really liked the room, because it was clean and compact.
