The front desk had someone available at all times. The hotel provided a space to store luggage before check-in or after check-out (this helped a lot).
The window had poor insulation, letting in street noise.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They stored my luggage after check-out. I appreciate that they have a common toilet in case the toilet in your room is occupied. Rooms look clean and modern, something I value. The location is close to the train station (very practical!).
The tram noise on the first floor was noticeable, especially at night.

The room was super clean. The bed was comfortable. i found the amenities to be modern, too. breakfast was amazing!!! plenty of options were available. the heated towel rail was a great bonus. I liked it a lot.
the entrance was a little tricky to find at first. it could benefit from clearer signage.

the room had very clean surfaces like the bath, the bed, the floor, and the sheets. i found the spacious room perfect for a shorter trip, and all the amenities worked very well.

The location was very convenient, especially the closeness to public transport options. the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations for local eateries. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the room upon arrival. It was super clean.
the room lacked soundproofing, so street noise was noticeable throughout the night. the absence of air conditioning made the room stuffy. the towels provided were quite thin.
