shoe shine free wi-fi
the superior king room i stayed in featured a complimentary shoe shine service. there were also ASPREY toiletries available. i found it useful that the hotel provided free wi-fi throughout the entire hotel.
the gym only had a single elliptical machine, sometimes occupied.

mixed feelings at this hotel
dated decor costly tea
the location was indeed central, as expected.
The room felt quite dated. the decor seemed like it hadn't been updated in decades. ordering tea in the room was an expensive affair. I felt slightly nickeled and dimed.

A solid stay, but with some drawbacks
really good service comfortable bed varied tea small gym excessive wait
The staff provided really good service. I was greeted warmly upon arrival, and every request was handled efficiently. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The tea selection was varied, and the pastries were AMAZING!!!
I encountered some issues . The gym was smaller than expected. It only had a few pieces of equipment. I also found the elevator wait times to be excessive at times. It was hard to get one quickly.

A stellar experience
good variety plentiful refills immaculate service calming atmosphere
the afternoon tea was excellent, there was such a good variety of sandwiches and pastries. refills of tea and sandwiches were plentiful, and the service was IMMACULATE. the pianist played beautifully, and the atmosphere was calming. my wife felt special.
i noticed some dust accumulation on the higher shelves in my room, which DETRACTED slightly from the otherwise pristine environment.

The hotel is very centrally located. Many attractions are within WALKING distance. public transportation options are easily accessible. nearby, there are several high-end shops and restaurants to explore too, really convenient.

I thoroughly enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet. It offered a wide selection of hot and cold dishes. the presentation was meticulous, and the quality of ingredients was evident. the restaurant ambiance was sophisticated.

the fitness center has modern equipment, including treadmills and free weights. the business center offers printing and scanning services, and i found it quite helpful. the concierge was able to arrange transportation easily.

elegant decor marble bathroom plush towels turndown service
The room had elegant decor. The marble bathroom featured dual sinks and a spacious shower. I liked the plush towels and high-end toiletries. The complimentary water bottles were a nice touch and I appreciated the nightly turndown service.
The minibar prices seemed a little high.
