The location was good, fairly close to the British museum.

I had issues with the room. The calefacción did not work, there was solo una manta fina, and it was two degrees outside. It made the room cold.

The location proved excellent with subway access very close and easy connections. The staff were always available and cute to guests. The elevators operated efficiently allowing quick movement between floors. My room maintained high cleanliness standards each day .

I noticed slight wear on the bathroom fixtures in my room.

central location friendly staff quiet side slow elevator poor breakfast poor soundproofing

The location was really central. It was handy for accessing many sites! I also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were nice and cool. They were also on a quieter side.

The elevators WERE horribly slow. The breakfast was not good, and some in my group experienced stomach issues. I also found the soundproofing quite poor. I heard noise from the corridor.

The location was central, easily accessible to many attractions. I found this convenient. my room had a safe, tea, a coffee kettle, and a fridge. These additions. the staff also provided excellent first aid when i needed it. i am grateful for their quick help.

the lifts experienced slight delays at times. i had to wait a little bit longer.

the proximity to the tube station and elizabeth line simplified travel. it was also situated near the dominion theatre and oxford street. i loved that the 176 bus stop nearby provided easy access to leicester square and strand and covent garden.
