"It was for a valentines treat and I asked for some rose petals and strawberries dipped in chocolate, well what I got was the full package on the house, consisting of ballon's a valentines message on the mirror beautiful swans made from towels, petals arranged in hearts with chocolates everywhere and a bottle of sparkling wine, my wife was speechless and so happy, thank you to all involved ☺️"

The hotel room felt very cold. I asked for a heater, but staff only left it in the middle of the room without plugging it in. I had to ask again at reception for someone to connect it. This took more time. One day, housekeeping did not clean my room. The next day, they partially cleaned, but trash remained until I asked twice at reception for its removal.

The room was not quite what i expected. it was advertised as having a city view, i saw mostly a brick wall. A slight disappointment there. also, the minibar prices were OUTRAGEOUS!!! i nearly fainted when i saw the cost of a small bottle of water. these things definitely detracted from the overall experience.

i stayed in a superior king room. the gym had five treadmills and three elliptical trainers. there was also a wide selection of weight machines. breakfast included a variety of breads, cheeses and fruits. the location provided easy access to several theatres.
the in-room safe was a bit small and did not accommodate my larger laptop.
