really good stay close to trafalgar square
quick response several options gracious help
the staff responded quickly when i emailed about a lost item. they found the item and offered options for its return. i appreciated their helpfulness and politeness during our exchanges. i am grateful they mailed my item back to me shortly.
the digital presentation created different expectations. i believe the premises did not align with the price level.

a wonderful HOTEL
helpful staff good amenities
the location worked great for seeing shows and visiting shops. the staff was very nice and they helped a lot WHEN i needed directions. I also liked that the room had good amenities like a mini-fridge and coffee maker.
the room was smaller than I imagined from the photos I saw before. it was still fine, but I wish it was a little bigger.

the room features included a comfortable king bed and blackout curtains WHICH are GREAT. there was also a modern bathroom with strong shower pressure. i find the room very clean and well kept.

The location was convenient to restaurants and theatres. charing cross station was very close. the room had a britta tap for drinking water. I thought that was clever.
the lift was a little slow to arrive on occasion, though this was a minor inconvenience.

the location was central, yet the room was relatively quiet.
I found some issues . There was no restaurant or bar (i really wanted a nightcap) and the room felt small. also, the promised welcome bottle of wine never materialized, disappointing.

The location is convenient, a plus for getting around.
The room felt smaller than expected. A promised welcome bottle of wine did not appear. A small issue, but noticeable. There is no restaurant or bar, which limits options if you prefer to stay in for meals.

amazing stay near covent garden!
good layout free upgrade complimentary wine friendly staff
the hotel have good layout, its easy to find anything. the room was so clean. i got a free upgrade when i arrived. complimentary wine because it was my birthday. staffs were friendly.
breakfast in the hotel, would have been nice, but i found good options nearby.

the front desk were lovely, i especially like arfa and mandeep. staffs were helpful, they stored my luggage and gave recommendation for shows. very accommodating indeed.
