the room had effective air conditioning. i was pleased to see a good selection of continental items for breakfast. staff members were helpful and polite . the hotel is located conveniently near green park tube station.
the bathtub sides were steep, making entry and exit slightly difficult.

the location was near various cafes and restaurants. housekeeping came daily and left the room orderly. the heated towel rail worked efficiently. the bed offered great comfort after long days.
the gym equipment was dated.

the room was very clean and it had been newly refurbished on the sixth floor. i found a slice of cake and a congratulatory note upon arrival because i had mentioned it was our anniversary. the location proved ideal for attending a wedding at dartmouth house. the staff assisted with switching from single to double rooms initially.
the card deposit felt unnecessary since i had already paid in full ahead of time.
