effective air conditioning continental item selection helpful staff
the room had effective air conditioning. i was pleased to see a good selection of continental items for breakfast. staff members were helpful and polite . the hotel is located conveniently near green park tube station.
the bathtub sides were steep, making entry and exit slightly difficult.

heated rail great comfort
the location was near various cafes and restaurants. housekeeping came daily and left the room orderly. the heated towel rail worked efficiently. the bed offered great comfort after long days.
the gym equipment was dated.

convenient stay near dartmouth house
clean room sixth floor anniversary surprise ideal location
the room was very clean and it had been newly refurbished on the sixth floor. i found a slice of cake and a congratulatory note upon arrival because i had mentioned it was our anniversary. the location proved ideal for attending a wedding at dartmouth house. the staff assisted with switching from single to double rooms initially.
the card deposit felt unnecessary since i had already paid in full ahead of time.

breakfast included fresh food with numerous choices for everyone. the staff provided top-class service there. i observed the breakfast service was well-attended each morning.

the location is very convenient to many iconic sites. transportation access is easy to find when needed. the hotel is close to green park tube station allowing access to several points of interest throughout the city.
