Comfortable Stay Near Buckingham Palace
efficient service underground stations filtered water
I stayed for a few nights and appreciated the efficient luggage drop-off service upon my early arrival. The proximity to Buckingham Palace made sightseeing easy, and I found Victoria and Green Park underground stations conveniently close. The room featured a filtered water tap, a nice touch, and I liked the Molton Brown toiletries provided, so I didn't need my own.
The absence of a breakfast area or on-site dining option was a minor inconvenience.

convenient location helpful staff super clean room
the location was really good.. victoria station is a short walk away. the staff were very helpful. i also found a complimentary bottle of wine with a welcome note in my super clean room. each day the room was cleaned, ensuring a consistently fresh environment.
the hotel lacked a dedicated breakfast area, though numerous eateries are nearby.

free luggage drop-off central location firm bed no breakfast small window basement room
The staff allowed us to drop off luggage early. This let us explore before check-in. The location is very close to Victoria and Green Park stations. The room was clean and the bed was quite firm.
The hotel does not serve breakfast on site. A nearby cafe delivers to the room however. Our room was on the lower ground floor. It seemed like a basement. The window was small. There wasn't much light.

friendly staff filtered water small room main lights
The location was good for seeing important sites. The staff was friendly and very helpful . The room included a Nespresso machine. I also appreciated that the hotel offerred Brita filtered water in the room.
My room was smaller than I expected, even for what I think are normal sizes. There wasn't enough main lights, so the room was dark. I also didn't like the lobby, as it was plain and did not has any flyers.

central location friendly staff small room breakfast service
i found the location quite central, a win! the friendly reception staff were helpful when i asked for directions around the city. i liked that the room was modern.
the room size was smaller than i anticipated. also, there was no breakfast service available directly at the hotel. this meant i had to order from a nearby cafe for delivery, which wasn't ideal. i think that having breakfast at the hotel would be a plus.

Fantastic Stay Near Buckingham Palace
convenient location easy access nespresso machine complimentary drinks
I found the location convenient. Victoria Station was very close, with access to transportation. The room included a kitchenette with a microwave, a Nespresso machine, and a fridge. I also really liked the filtered water tap. It was very convenient. The staff offered complimentary drinks in the evenings too, a nice touch.
The lobby was pretty basic. I wished there was information available for local attractions.

While there is no full restaurant, the inclusion of a Nespresso machine and a microwave in the room allowed for simple meal preparations. The complimentary coffee capsules were restocked daily, and this was AMAZING!!!

limited room service temperature fluctuation
my room overlooked an internal courtyard. it had very little natural light. the kitchenette lacked basic utensils. i asked for a spoon and was told none were available. the shower temperature fluctuated a lot. also, the room service menu was limited and overpriced.
