empty mini bar salty steak
the location was acceptable.
I booked a 'privileged' suite. The mini bar was completely empty. i contacted reception and they said they would send housekeeping but this never happened. dinner arrived without the advertised sauce. The steak was so salty that i couldn't eat it. it seems i paid a lot for a premium room lacking basic amenities.

uneven experience NEAR the embankment
limited wine unclean shower head
the hot water Did not work one day. staff showed limited concern. the bar had limited wine available, disappointing. my room's shower head had a very unclean appearance.

spacious room friendly staff smooth check-in broken air conditioning loud noise lumpy bed
the room was excellent it was spacious. it was also clean and just the right temperature. the staff were all helpful and friendly. check-in was seamless.
the air conditioning would not cool i could not sleep. i opened the window for cool air however loud noises occurred throughout the night. the king bed needed replacement because big lumpy rolls formed on the mattress.
