I arrived early and my room was ready. It was much appreciated. everything was super clean and cozy. i had a good shower with lovely toiletries. the workspace was excellent. breakfast was really good, very fresh and tasty!!! every member of staff i met was cute and friendly.
i could clearly hear the road outside all through the night. the noise was a slight disturbance.

the room was newly refurbished with comfortable bed and lovely bed linen. i enjoyed a roomy shower. generous coffee and tea making facilities were available.

the room was modern, clean, and tidy. i was charmed by the excellent shower, one of the best i have ever used, and the good-sized tv in the room. plenty of hanging space was available (i really appreciated that) and the tea and coffee facilities were very useful.
i stayed during a very hot period and found only one small fan was available. the windows didn't open much, and there was no air conditioning.

the room was very well-presented and included complimentary water bottles and biscuits. the standard double room offered all necessary toiletries for my stay. i found an iron and ironing board neatly tucked away for convenient use.

the hotel is near russell square and about a fifteen-minute walk from camden market. holborn tube station is very close, which i used, and i walked to the theatre district. this location made it easy to explore the area.

My room was quite small. The noise from the street was constant. Thin windows did little to block out the sounds. It was like the pub goers were right outside my window, even late into the night..

The staff were very cute. the room was spacious and it had all the facilities i needed. the beds were comfortable. I had a very good night sleep.
The shower had a cracked tile that they seemed to try to seal over. I noticed silicone around the tiles with mold.
