The breakfast system was inconvenient, you had to order the day before, indicating exactly what you wanted and when. i forgot to submit my order one day and could not have breakfast. there was no flexibility for a simplified option, or a refund. I think this policy is too strict and inflexible.

The location offers a GREAT grocery store just across the street. Many options for food and drinks are also nearby. The staff is very friendly.

There was no flexibility to get a simplified breakfast, or a refund. The room was rather SMALL and without ventilation. It got hot at night.

I enjoyed the breakfast. It was possible to take it to the room or hotel's terrace. The location is close to the lake, supermarkets, vintage stores, cafes and restaurants. The city center was easily reachable by feet but public transport is also an option.

I found the room to be too hot, even with the window open. The street below was very noisy. There was no room cleaning during my two-night stay.

The staff members were friendly and helpful, providing useful recommendations for local shops and restaurants. I liked the option to request room cleaning, this reduced unnecessary service.
