I appreciated the early check-in. The hotel did not delay room release unlike some places. I found the staff very helpful and friendly, particularly Zion. The hotel location is convenient. It is about a ten-minute walk to many attractions. The bus stop is directly across from the building.

The room was immaculate with great amenities. Shampoo, body lotion, and body wash were available in the bathroom. The room had fluffy towels and robes.

Breakfast is delicious. It had a great selection of hot cooked breakfast items. There were fruits, cereals, and pastries. The fresh coffee was made to order and there were various drink selections at breakfast.

The hotel were really good. I ordered food delivery to the hotel, and staff provided plates and cutlery. They gave me peppermint tea and honey when they knew I was feeling unwell. The hotel showed great kindness.

i found the location very convenient for exploring. the staff was amazing and helpful throughout my stay. their recommendations for excursions, dining, and drinks were spot on. breakfast was good with a beautiful setup, tasty food, and excellent service.
I noticed there were missing details in the room. For example, there was no tissue box, so toilet paper had to suffice.

the fitness center features a range of equipment, including several treadmills and stationary bikes. there is also a selection of weight-training machines and free weights available. this area also features complimentary water and towel service.

The location was convenient and close to the center. The proximity to Pearse Station was acceptable.
The room I received felt quite small. There was hardly any space to relax. A comfortable chair would have been welcome, but the room lacked the space. I felt the room size was not worth the price.
