The location is very central. It is close to main attractions. I found the staff helpful (especially at check-in). Breakfast offered many options to start the day.
The toiletries felt basic. Wall-mounted pump bottles were not ideal (i prefer individual amenities). I think soap bars should be available in a hotel like this.

i had a really solid experience. they allowed me early check-in, which i greatly needed after my early flight. the mint bar provided a lively evening atmosphere. i particularly enjoyed the bartender's creative drink options and attentive service. the location was excellent, being central and close to key attractions.
the phone in my room didn't seem to work, making it a little difficult to contact reception for assistance.
