The hotel room included automated features for lighting and window shades. I found these features easy to operate. The room had a rainfall shower head and separate hand-held shower. I appreciated the complimentary tea and kettle available in the room.
The hotel lacked personnel to help with luggage upon arrival.

The bar staff was amazing. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. breakfast was also great quality. the coffee service in the bar was quite good. I had a pleasant start to my day there. i'd recommend this place for its bar and staff.
There were no bellhops or luggage carriers. Bringing luggage to my room independently was a bit of a hassle.

The room featured high-tech options. i liked the controls for opening and closing the curtains. the staff were friendly and helpful, always available to assist with requests. the bar was great. I enjoyed an excellent mojito.
I noticed a slight delay in response when i requested extra towels one evening. It took about 45 minutes to arrive.
