high minibar prices slow breakfast service
i was initially impressed by the hotel's exterior and the room (a beautiful king room). the location seemed convenient, near enough to the main attractions. however, i found the minibar prices excessively high (8 euro for a small bottle of water!). also, the service at breakfast was slow (i waited 20 minutes for a coffee) and not particularly attentive. the staff was understaffed, resulting in delays and a sense of being overlooked.

quiet location complimentary water good breakfast small room tiny bathroom unwelcoming staff
The location was nice and quiet. my room had complimentary water and coffee. breakfast was good. I appreciated the choices available.
My room felt small for the price. the bathroom was also tiny. It didn't have much space. the staff werent very cute during check-in. I didn't get much info.

the breakfast was excellent! a very cute environment existed. apply, twice.
the staff was undermanned for an event happening, but management addressed the situation well. the air conditioning was loud.
