clean room friendly staff convenient bag storage
The rooms were very clean and spacious. I also found the staff very friendly and helpful with all my needs. Leaving my bags at the hotel after checking out was convenient.
The elevator was broken. Dragging my bag around was inconvenient.

missing amenities non-functional tv
I felt a bit let down by a couple of things. the housekeeping wasn't great. I noticed they didn't replace the used cups. also, i found the tv wasn't working, even after i asked about it. they suggested a room change, but i declined. it just wasn't what i expected.

unhelpful staff uncleaned cups
The room was spacious offering sufficient space to relax after a day out.
I encountered several problems . The front desk staff did not provide adequate information regarding complimentary coffee. I discovered it by chance. Housekeeping failed to replace used cups. They remained uncleaned throughout my stay

The rooms were LOVELY, clean and super quiet. I got a very good night's sleep after a very busy day exploring. EVERYTHING was very good!!!
There is only an unsecured wifi, so I had to be very careful with my data.

great central stay

comfy beds quiet room friendly receptionist central location
The hotel is located just a minute from the luas stop. the beds were really comfortable. I slept soundly. even with the pub underneath, the room was quiet. the receptionist was spanish and very friendly.
