Excellent Stay!

powerful shower fluffy towels great selection excellent coffee
Our room included a large, powerful shower and fluffy towels. The room was super clean, a detail i found excellent. Breakfast had a great selection. I found the coffee excellent too. The tram stop is very close, this makes the city accessible. The location is great for short stays.
As a frequent traveller, i found the gym equipment could use updating, it had a limited selection.

The hotel provides convenient parking options, albeit with an additional fee. A tram stop located right outside gives convenient access to the city center. I found the hotel has good proximity to the National Concert Hall.

The hotel staff is very familiar with regular guests. The duty manager was warm, very cute and helpful. I saw that many staff members have a great rapport with both guests and colleagues. staff were very friendly.

The beautiful rooms have great views of the canal, a feature i really liked. The rooms are spacious, super clean and cozy. I found the bathrooms particularly well-appointed. There are opportunities for connecting rooms also.

The hotel is a brisk ten-minute walk from the National Concert hall and Saint Stephen's Green, a nice bonus. The tram stop across the road provides fast access to the city. It is located just south of the Temple area, very interesting.

The room was really lovely and super clean. i especially loved the comfy bed. It was the comfiest bed i have ever slept in at a hotel! i was also given an upgrade to my room which was great.

Awesome Stay Near Everything!

My stay included a comfortable room and handy amenities. I found fresh water daily and a coffee machine working well. The bed was comfortable! The bathroom was recently refurbished! I received an upgrade to the Executive floor, a very nice surprise!

I checked in early. The reception staff was friendly. josephine organized a birthday surprise. my room had good facilities. the underground car park was handy. It offered convenient access.
The breakfast greeter asked if my stay included breakfast but could not confirm it for me. I found that unhelpful.

hotel location room cleanliness fresh options hallway noise heavy doors bathroom condition
the hotel location is good for exploring. i enjoyed the cleanliness of my room. breakfast offered many fresh options.
soundproofing wasn't great as i could hear hallway noise. the room doors are heavy, and i heard them banging often. i noticed the bathroom had a tired look with some resurfacing issues in the bathtub.

convenient location near transportation

pleasant bar excellent location friendly staff
it was nice. the bar and restaurant were also pleasant. the hotel's location suited me. it was very near the marathon start. the reception staff allowed early check-in. josephine at reception was very friendly. she also organized a birthday surprise for me. the reception was fabulous.
the room service options were not good. i stay in a lot of them. it was the worst room service menu i have ever seen.
