The location suited me very well. The director provided useful information about local restaurants and amenities, SO helpful. My room was large. It had only a bed and a stool. I appreciated this simple approach.
The sound insulation was BAD. I could clearly hear the light rail from my first-floor room. It made sleep challenging.

The room was small. I could barely move around. There were no tea or coffee facilities available. I really missed my morning coffee. The room wasn't serviced , quite disappointing.

I found the staff friendly. They were on hand when needed. i appreciated the usb plug sockets in the room eliminating the need for bulky adapters. the provided shampoo and body wash helped reduce my baggage which was great.
the beds could have been more comfortable after a long day of sightseeing though.

The room size was minimal. there was barely enough space to move around, especially with luggage. the lack of storage was an issue. I had to keep my belongings on the floor. also, i found the soundproofing inadequate as i could clearly hear noise from neighboring rooms.
