street noise sleepless night
The room was spacious and included free access to the hotel lounge, quite enjoyable.
The location of my room proved unfortunate. I heard street noise ALL night (especially from people leaving nightclubs). It prevented a good night's sleep, and I left more tired than when I arrived (quite the opposite of what one wants from a hotel stay!).

Really good Stay Near St Stephen's Green

The staff offered attentive service upon my arrival. My room was clean, with modern decor and a comfortable bed. Breakfast included a good selection of hot and cold options. The hotel is very close to St Stephen's Green, providing easy access to city attractions.
I found the street noise slightly audible at night. Though minimal, it was noticeable.

excellent hotel, central location

really good service central location great comfort luxurious experience
This hotel provides a really luxurious experience. the location is quite central and convenient for exploring various attractions. staff demonstrates really good friendliness and professionalism. the suite was newly refurbished and beautifully designed, ensuring great comfort and relaxation (i slept like a baby!).
i had to ask multiple times for tea bags and milk before they arrived. this was a minor issue, but it was a bit irritating after a long day. it got resolved fast, so it wasn't a problem.

the staff was consistently helpful, addressing any concerns promptly and with a friendly attitude. i received very attentive support at the front desk when i needed assistance with directions and recommendations. this level of service enhanced my visit.

mixed feelings

the location was great , very central for seeing everything.
i found the noise levels unacceptable at night. i was kept awake by street noise. even with earplugs , it seemed like the noise was inside the room.

I thought my room was very clean and well-kept. the bed was very comfortable. I slept well. breakfast had a hot, fresh buffet with a good choice.
The signage in the hotel was poor. It was difficult to find my way around. there was no main light in the room and this. i had to ask multiple times for tea bags and milk before they arrived.

The staff were cute at check-in. A power adapter was available when i asked. Daily, i received a desk, kettle, nespresso machine, and bottled water in my room. Breakfast had various custom coffee options. The buffet had a wide selection. The room was very quiet.

the room was a good size i had a nice city view the breakfast was tasty and a good value i could walk to shopping and some great pub food
if you have a rental car be ready to park at the parkade in the mall it's a short walk away
