the staff accommodated a room change after i requested it, it ensured my comfort. i found complimentary breakfast a nice surprise, reflecting the attentiveness of the team. the bar downstairs provided a convenient option after a long day.
I found dust throughout the room. I noticed it on multiple surfaces. the windows also looked dirty. this detracted from the overall impression of cleanliness.

the room was clean! the location is handy, near public transport. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially at reception. breakfast had a great selection, it was very delicious.
The room window faced the fire escape stairs. There wasn't any view. big lamps outside shone directly into the room all night. the water in the bathroom didn't work properly. I think the pipes were clogged.

The location was central. I walked everywhere! The room included water AND chocolates, SUCH a nice touch. The bathroom was also lovely. I especially liked the rainfall shower. The reception staff were amazingly friendly AND efficient.
There WAS a slightly strong fragrance in the room. It might bother some people (I got used to it though!).
