great decor clean space friendly staff functional design
the hotel had great decor. It was very clean. Staff were indeed VERY friendly. Breakfast included a variety of options, catering to different tastes. The room's design was both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
i found that the mattress wasn't very comfortable.

modern city stay
attentive team complimentary breakfast convenient option
the staff accommodated a room change after i requested it, it ensured my comfort. i found complimentary breakfast a nice surprise, reflecting the attentiveness of the team. the bar downstairs provided a convenient option after a long day.
I found dust throughout the room. I noticed it on multiple surfaces. the windows also was dirty. this detracted from the overall impression of cleanliness.

the double room featured adequate space for unpacking and movement. it included a coffee machine with capsules and provided tea and coffee. the bathroom had good water pressure.

decent stay, some minor issues
clean room handy location friendly staff obstructed view bright lamp clogged pipe
the room was clean! the location is handy, near public transport. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially at reception. breakfast had a great selection, it was very delicious.
The room window faced the fire escape stairs. There wasn't any view. big lamps outside shone directly into the room all night. the water in the bathroom didn't work properly. I think the pipes were clogged.

the room had a fridge which was quite useful. the coffee machine in the room provided a nice boost each morning. i used the ironing set, it worked well.
the elevator made a slight noise sometimes.

A SPLENDID stay!
central location nice touch rainfall shower friendly staff
The location was central. I walked everywhere! The room included water AND chocolates, SUCH a nice touch. The bathroom was also lovely. I especially liked the rainfall shower. The reception staff were amazingly friendly AND efficient.
There WAS a slightly strong fragrance in the room. It might bother some people (I got used to it though!).

The downstairs area was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The stylish decor added a festive touch! The bar downstairs provided a convenient option after a day of exploring. A fridge in the room was useful for storing drinks and snacks.

The breakfast offered a good selection. EVERYTHING tasted fresh. The staff members were kind. They provided excellent support. Maria was an absolute angel, offering the best customer service. She was so lovely and helpful!
