charming stay
friendly staff spacious room
I found the staff very friendly and helpful. the location was really convenient. I could easily walk to many key attractions. the room was spacious (it was a lovely surprise), offering plenty of room to relax after exploring.
the music from the bar downstairs was quite loud. it continued until late into the night. i could feel the vibrations through the walls and in the bed (i hope they can improve soundproofing).

the hotel had practical facilities including tea and coffee making in the rooms. fresh towels were provided daily (that was a nice little extra). there was also a hairdryer in the room.

i noticed several restaurants and cafes nearby. they offered a variety of options for meals. i did not dine at the hotel itself (but the nearby choices were great).

the reception operated 24 hours. this provided additional security. the staff were happy to help with any questions. they promptly addressed any concerns i raised.

The location was fairly central. I could walk to many places.
The noise was a problem. a bar right next door played loud music until late at night. the room itself felt old. The furniture looked worn.

Convenient Location Near O'Connell Street
clean hotel tea facilities great location
I found the hotel to be very clean. It provided tea making facilities which i used daily. The location is close to O'Connell street therefore i was able to quickly access shopping and dining options. The provided iron was useful.
I noticed there was no elevator for upper floors.

My room included multiple plug sockets which was really useful. A tv was provided. It was functional. Towels were available within the room. These were fresh. The room was bright. It felt airy.

the room was clean to a high standard. the staff were friendly. i appreciated the comfy bed and nice shower..
the room had poor acoustics. i knew the hotel was above a bar, but the noise was still significant. the price felt a little high for the overall quality.

Central Location with Practical Amenities
early arrival luggage storage streamlined process transport arrangement
The staff accommodated my early arrival by storing my luggage. They completed the check-in paperwork ahead of time, streamlining the process, great. Staff helped arrange transport to the airport, a definite plus. The hotel's proximity to shopping streets makes exploring very easy. I found the availability of coffee, milk, and cups in the room quite useful.
The hallway outside the rooms was sometimes noisy. I could occasionally hear conversations from other rooms.

The reception area provided 24-hour service. This ensured assistance was always available. The staff addressed questions. They willingly offered solutions, meeting expectations , convenient.
