I found the staff very friendly and helpful. the location was really convenient. I could easily walk to many key attractions. the room was spacious (it was a lovely surprise), offering plenty of room to relax after exploring.
the music from the bar downstairs was quite loud. it continued until late into the night. i could feel the vibrations through the walls and in the bed (i hope they can improve soundproofing).

the hotel is right by o'connell street and several shopping areas, it had many bars and cafes. i could walk to many attractions easily. i even found an interesting pub nearby called the confession box. the local bus stop to the airport was close, so i used it.
The music from the bar downstairs was very loud until late. It made it hard to sleep.

The staff accommodated my early arrival by storing my luggage. They completed the check-in paperwork ahead of time, streamlining the process, great. Staff helped arrange transport to the airport, a definite plus. The hotel's proximity to shopping streets makes exploring very easy. I found the availability of coffee, milk, and cups in the room quite useful.
The hallway outside the rooms was sometimes noisy. I could occasionally hear conversations from other rooms.
