Convenient Stay Close to Amenities
helpful staff luas stop nightclub access
I found the staff to be cute and helpful. The hotel's proximity to the Luas stop made transportation simple. Access to the nightclub was included, a definite plus for those interested. The music wasn't an issue .
I noticed the maintenance could use some attention, as certain areas seemed a bit worn. The shower pressure was not optimal. there was a bathtub.

The hotel sits within walking distance of the Grafton Street shopping area, providing easy access to many shops and attractions. There are various bars and restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. The location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

The beautiful double room provided ample space and included comfortable beds and good pillows. A separate area functioned as a walk-in wardrobe. The room was also very clean which I appreciated.

coffee supplies plug sockets convenient location
tea and coffee supplies were in the room. i found ten plug sockets around the room. the hotel location is really convenient and grafton street is only ten minutes away. the room was a twin room with comfortable beds.
the elevator in the new building seemed like a later addition.

the beds offered good support and i slept well. clean towels were available daily along with fresh toiletries. the room included a wardrobe and a desk for added convenience.

the reception staff were amazingly helpful, especially with directions. i really liked the availability of tea and coffee in the lobby. the room was clean and it had fresh towels daily. i definitely appreciated the fast and reliable wifi throughout the hotel, i could video call my family easy.
the elevator was a bit slow sometimes.

the breakfast area had a good selection of pastries and fresh fruit daily. i noticed the coffee machine was always stocked, it was a big plus. seating was plentiful with different table sizes.

the hotel is super near public transportation options. there are many shops and restaurants are within short walking distance, i took the bus around. it was very easy to visit different attractions from this location.

kind staff helpful staff adjustable heater
The staff was very kind and helpful always. They helped me get a taxi ready for the train station very fast. I did enjoy the room, it included an adjustable heater and the bed was comfy.
The room was a little dark, more lamps would have been appreciated.

I did not eat breakfast there, so I cannot comment about that. I saw a coffee available in the room, I think this will be enough for a quick breakfast. The rim includes tea and coffee making facilities.

The room was spacious and had a lot of plug sockets, maybe 10 in total. A nightclub is downstairs so it's handy to come straight upstairs after a night out. Earplugs are available on the nightstand.
