great place, would recommend
great location quiet street complete meal
the location is great, it is walking distance to the center. it felt pretty quiet despite it being on a major street. the breakfast had everything covered, a simple but complete meal and ready to start the day.

my single room was very clean and warm. all necessary toiletries was included, even small details like cotton swabs. the bed provided good support and i felt rested each morning.

Central Location and Great Service
cosy breakfast friendly staff excellent location
The breakfast setup was very cosy (I liked the scrambled eggs). The staff were super friendly and helpful with directions. The location was also excellent, within walking distance of shops and St Stephen's Green.
I requested a quiet room, but my room faced a busy street. Street noises were a bit loud.

The reception staff were helpful. I appreciated their assistance with directions (it made getting around easy!). Breakfast offered a good variety. The central location provided easy access to attractions. I found the proximity to St Stephen's Green a great benefit.
My room faced the street. The noise from traffic disturbed my sleep.

The breakfast staff remembered my coffee order each morning, showing great attention to detail. The reception was always staffed, ensuring someone was available to answer questions. Luggage storage was available after check-out, a very nice convenience.

clean hotel helpful staff noisy room street noise
the hotel was clean. the employees were all friendly and helpful.
i was given a below grounds room, below the street with a window that looked onto steps up to the street. it was quite noisy as the windows are old and do little to insulate the noise of the street and passersby. there was also some steady banging and flapping the second night. i would not have survived without my ear plugs.

i had a twin room. it features comfortable beds and a quiet street view. the room was spotlessly clean daily. i found the location convenient for walking to the city center.
The hotel lacks an elevator. It made carrying luggage up the stairs difficult.
