friendly staff comfortable bed good location thin wall unsupportive pillow squeaky floor
the staff was very friendly, especially in the restaurant. the beds were comfortable. the location was good, within a reasonable walking distance to many attractions (it made exploring quite easy).
the room i stayed in had thin walls. i could clearly hear conversations in the next room. the pillows were not very supportive, which affected my sleep. the floors were squeaky, quite noticeable at night.

wonderful stay
warm staff excellent location nearby cafe
the staff was warm and accommodating. they assisted my relatives with everything they needed. the location is also excellent it is a short walk to cafes and restaurants.
the hot water took a long time to arrive. the pressure was almost nonexistent when it did arrive and not hot enough.

the hotel is right in front of a bus stop it makes moving around town easy. a quiet street provides a peaceful atmosphere. nice colorful doors and trees around add beauty.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
damp smell unhelpful response
the staff provided good service during breakfast.
The room i had smelled strongly of dampness, an issue i reported immediately. i asked for a different room but was told the hotel was fully booked, which limited possible resolutions. they offered only the option to cancel, a solution that was not helpful given my travel plans. I found the response disappointing and unaccommodating.

cozy stay NEAR the stadium
comfortable bed nearby pub helpful staff polite staff
the bed was comfortable. i found pubs and restaurants close. staff were helpful. I appreciated how close the hotel was to Aviva stadium. i had tea and coffee in the room. Staff was polite and helpful.
the old building meant the floorboards were squeaky.

the night duty person prepared breakfast to go. staff was kind and helpful. i spoke with kind receptionist. the staff allowed a late arrival and the communication was great before the trip.

convenient location clean room irish breakfast
The hotel is conveniently located close to a bus stop. This made moving around the city simple! The room was clean and well-kept. I particularly enjoyed the full Irish breakfast. It was very tasty.
