the staff was very friendly, especially in the restaurant. the beds were comfortable. the location was good, within a reasonable walking distance to many attractions (it made exploring quite easy).
the room i stayed in had thin walls. i could clearly hear conversations in the next room. the pillows were not very supportive, which affected my sleep. the floors were squeaky, quite noticeable at night.

the staff was warm and accommodating. they assisted my relatives with everything they needed. the location is also excellent it is a short walk to cafes and restaurants.
the hot water took a long time to arrive. the pressure was almost nonexistent when it did arrive and not hot enough.

The room i had smelled strongly of dampness, an issue i reported immediately. i asked for a different room but was told the hotel was fully booked, which limited possible resolutions. they offered only the option to cancel, a solution that was not helpful given my travel plans. I found the response disappointing and unaccommodating.

the night duty person prepared breakfast to go. staff was kind and helpful. i spoke with kind receptionist. the staff allowed a late arrival and the communication was great before the trip.
