clean and well-located
spacious room clean room helpful staff quiet rooms
the room was spacious and very clean, i noticed it during my entire stay. i especially liked that the staff was helpful at the front desk, they answered all my questions. the bar offered soup with bread and salad, a nice touch. also, i appreciate that the rooms were very quiet despite overlooking a popular pub.
I found the bathroom amenities to be somewhat lacking. I think there could be more variety of products.

helpful staff complimentary upgrade convenient service ironing board
I found the staff to be helpful. They promptly addressed any requests. I received a complimentary upgrade to a larger room upon arrival. The hotel provided a convenient luggage storage service after checkout, allowing me to explore the area without any encumbrances. I also appreciated the available ironing board in the room.
I noticed some slight noise from the hallway at times.

zury and kim provided great assistance upon my arrival. the executive king room was spacious. it featured effective air conditioning. i found the breakfast option worthwhile, it offered a high standard of food. the elevators operated efficiently, and the on-site restaurant and gym were convenient. trinity college is a short walk away.

thoughtful chocolates congratulatory letter complimentary drink amazing location
I appreciated the thoughtful chocolates AND the congratulatory letter i found in my room. The complimentary celebratory drink at the bar was also very nice. The breakfast offered delicious food and the staff were helpful. The location was amazing and close to everything i wanted to see.
I Found that my room was very small. It was like a closet. The window looked out onto a wall.

i stayed in a twin room. the room included an electric kettle, hair dryer, and a good size tv. breakfast had many choices and was very good.
the walls felt a little thin. i could hear some noise from the hallway.

limited selection poor cleaning
The location was acceptable.
The room I booked, a triple room, was not properly cleaned. I noticed dust in several areas. Breakfast was disappointing. The selection was limited and the quality was not what i expected for the price. It's A shame.

The hotel is near many restaurants. It has easy access to points of interest (Trinity College is nearby). I found the staff quite helpful. The location is superb for exploring the city.
I noticed a slight lack of attention to detail in the room cleaning.
