smooth stay
helpful staff comfortable sitting area modern equipment good selection
the staff was very helpful with directions and recommendations for local attractions. the room was spacious and had a comfortable sitting area i appreciated. i also used the gym facilities with modern equipment and were well maintained. breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold items.
the elevators were occasionally slow during peak hours leading to some waiting time it was slightly inconvenient

the executive room featured a king size bed with crisp linens it also included a work desk with ample lighting i found this beneficial for evening work sessions. blackout curtains ensured restful sleep.

the hotel had a fitness center that included treadmills elliptical machines and free weights it allowed for complete exercise routines. the business center offered computers and printing services i needed for document preparation.

i enjoyed the location of the hotel. it was close to many things i wanted to see. the front desk staff was helpful in providing directions. the room was spacious and had a very comfortable king bed.

i found the coffee maker in the room failed to work i tried it six times but it only functioned once i did not bother to report it to reception

I am happy with the great service received. Simón helped me recover my lost wallet quickly. I enjoyed the delicious food every morning. My room stayed perfectly clean the whole time.

convenient location easy access friendly staff helpful staff room essentials coffee tea faulty coffee maker glass panel bathroom door towel placement shower towel
the location was quite convenient. it was easy to walk to many attractions and restaurants. the staff was also very friendly and helpful. my room had all the essentials such as an iron, coffee, and tea.
the coffee maker in my room only worked once out of the six times i tried. the bathroom door had a large glass panel, i could see straight from the bed.
