i found the staff so kind, they really shone. a concierge helped me find little restaurants for lamb stew and they were perfect after a long trip. i loved how ready our room was early, it let me freshen up before seeing my son.

The reception staff were very cute. I was upgraded to an urban king room (I really appreciated that). It had nespresso coffee and a good selection of teas. The room was spacious and the bed felt very large and comfortable.

The hotel's location is a bit of a walk from the main tourist attractions. It might not suit everyone.

The staff was helpful at the 7th floor bar. Service there was hospitable. the location was suitable for the st paddy's parade, a walkable distance to sights. comfy beds were in my room. it was a definite plus.

i booked the hotel, as it was close to vicar street venue, but it wasn't that close. i asked for a room with a city view but got a view of nearby housing. there were no instructions on how to use the coffee machine.

I really enjoyed the double sided corner room. It gave a nice vantage. the staff was cute from reception to the restaurants. everyone was helpful. i felt a friendly vibe in the neighborhood, shops, and cafes. the breakfast had fresh food and plenty of coffee.

there was only one towel rack in the bathroom, difficult to hang all the towels.
