kindness support pleasant stay personal experience suitcase storage clothing space cramped room
The staff showed kindness and support. It was beyond anything I have experienced. They could not do enough to. The reception team went beyond what was expected.
The room lacked storage for suitcases. There was very little space for hanging clothes. I was staying for several nights and I felt cramped. The hotel should leave some space empty to put their things.

sauna facility lovely staff noisy bar strong fragrance
The hotel's gym are great. It feature some equipment, including three treadmills. I think it is really good, and also the sauna facility worked. Breakfast were also a highlight, and the food were really lovely. Staff looked after everyone smiling always.
The hotel closed the bar because of a function and it was not good. The manager didn't serve us when we went upstairs to get a drink. He sayed he had just closed. That isn't good. The room I got had a really strong fragrance. I think it like Abercrombie & Fitch, but strong.
