check-in was very quick. i appreciated receiving a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival. the location is central and near the spire (only a short walk). i felt secure as a security person was always at the door.

The room lacked sufficient storage. There were no shelves available for personal items.

The location was super. i could easily reach many attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was also super clean. I found shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The pillows were very hard. I struggled to get comfortable. i could not find many british channels on tv. also the rain shower head had toothpaste on it. It had not been cleaned properly.

great location friendly staff complimentary drinks room design small shower

the location is really nice and is a plus. the staff was friendly, and i appreciate the complimentary drinks i get. the security doorman at night.

the room design is not the best i have seen, and there are nowhere to put suitcases because of the small space. the shower cubicle is small, and i found a plug under my foot.

i found the location excellent, right by the spire. the front office staff, roswita and livia, were helpful and kind. the hotel.).

the pillows were too firm for my liking (i prefer softer pillows).

the staff were very nice! the room was really clean.

I found that there was no wardrobe, and not even a table in the room, inconvenient. the breakfast selection was limited. There were not many options.
