I found the staff attentive. They clearly aimed to provide a seamless experience. The room was very clean upon arrival. The location proved convenient, a short walk to the station made getting around straightforward.
The bathroom felt small. There was limited counter space, made organizing toiletries somewhat challenging. A redesign could enhance functionality.

The location was quite central. It was near tube stations connecting to airports.
The staff was unapproachable and rude. I was promised an upgrade, but the staff acted like they knew nothing about it. The bar service was slow, and the staff seemed to ignore me. There was no basic level of customer service.

This hotel is centrally located, a real advantage. The staff is great, they are friendly and effective. Maude in guest services helped me considerably. The hotel has a very nice pool, I swam in it.
The bathroom felt narrow. Moving around inside was difficult because the door blocked access to the sink.

The hotel was modern! the beds were comfortable. i found the gym well-equipped for a good workout! breakfast included a good selection of items. Everything tasted fresh. the rooms were super clean! the staff allowed me to use the leisure facilities after i checked out, which i very much appreciated.
The room i had only had a shower. I would have liked to have a bath.
