A Solid Stay Near Holborn Station
cute staff clean room convenient location
I found the staff helpful. They clearly aimed to provide a seamless experience. The room was very clean upon arrival. The location proved convenient, a short walk to the station made getting around straightforward.
The bathroom felt small. There was limited counter space, made organizing toiletries somewhat challenging. A redesign could enhance functionality.

The hotel included a pool and sauna area. Both was well kept. I also observed a gym equipped with several cardio machines and free weights. These facilities seemed adequate for a basic workout.

Acceptable stay, some issues.
rude staff poor service
The location was quite central. It was near tube stations connecting to airports.
The staff was unapproachable and rude. I was promised an upgrade, but the staff acted like they knew nothing about it. The bar service was slow, and the staff seemed to ignore me. There was no basic level of customer service.

the room was a superior room super king bed, indeed spacious. i found the design of the hotel quite interesting. the pool provided a refreshing experience.

The breakfast selection offered numerous choices and was consistently fresh. the room provided a functional layout. The 'superior room super king bed' included a spacious bed and effective climate control. i found the proximity to public transport to be especially helpful for moving around the city.

fantastic stay!
comfortable beds well-equipped gym fresh breakfast leisure facilities
The hotel was modern! the beds were comfortable. i found the gym well-equipped for a good workout! breakfast included a good selection of items. Everything tasted fresh. the rooms were super clean! the staff allowed me to use the leisure facilities after i checked out, which i very much appreciated.
The room i had only had a shower. I would have liked to have a bath.

check-in was quick and polite! i was offered a complimentary drink upon arrival! the staff were helpful! angela, leah, and gregory were especially attentive! steven at the front desk was very lovely.
