charming stay near embankment station
warm welcome garden room comfortable beds
the staff gave a warm welcome in all areas! the garden room offered a viewpoint of the thames and london eye. i found the beds comfortable and the refreshments catered to all needs.
i noticed no mirror was available near a plug socket, and i missed tea or milk for the coffee!

The hotel features a bar and restaurant. The restaurant's terrace is very nice. the food options include a la carte choices. there is a great curry, according to previous patrons. Breakfasts are served too, i noted.

Location was superb and within easy reach of many attractions. the room overlooked a nice scene, it was well-appointed with all the necessities for my short visit. i found the bed very comfortable. It assured restful nights. staff were gracious. i especially appreciated alverez, the doorman. He was friendly and helpful.
The minibar selection was somewhat limited. A few more choices would be appreciated.

charmed by the royal experience
attentive staff prime location effective service
The staff was attentive and polite. Someone helped quickly with the shower. i needed instructions, though. the top handle controlled shower selection. The lower handle adjusted water flow. the location overlooked whitehall gardens. it was in the heart of everything.

breakfast offered plenty of choice, and i found the service efficient and friendly. the lunch i had was wonderful and the garden terrace bar service was fabulous too. the steak was delicious!

My room was large and clean, with good air conditioning. complimentary drinks. i found nespresso and tea facilities. Beds and pillows were comfortable! there was a large writing desk space, too.
