mixed experience with some shortcomings
sewage smell slow service
The bar had a really off-putting smell. It smelled like sewage! i mentioned it to the staff, but they didn't seem to care. getting a drink took forever. It was over 10 minutes even though the bar wasn't busy at all. the bar closed way earlier than expected, too. i was told it would be open until 1:30 or 2:30 am, but it was closed just after 12:30 am. so frustrating!!!

frosted glass door strange style
the room was cleaned daily and it included all necessary equipment.
The room's style was strange. the bathroom's design seemed uncomfortable with a frosted glass door. Every sound was audible. washing hands disrupted my partner at night.

Really good Stay, Prime Location and Modern Comfort
convenient location modern design well-equipped room dedicated staff
I found the location convenient. The hotel's proximity to the main attractions made exploring simple. The interior design was both modern and stylish. My room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I appreciated the staff's dedication and willingness to assist with all requests.
The bathroom layout may not suit everyone as the sink area opens directly into the room, and could be more private.

mostly positive stay
convenient location friendly staff modern room little light understaffed area slow service
the location was very convenient. i could easily walk to many attractions. the staff was friendly and very helpful. they answered all my questions. the room was clean and modern. i appreciated the provided coffee machine.
my room faced an interior wall. this meant it had very little natural light. the breakfast area looked understaffed. i noticed some tables remained uncleared for extended periods. the bar service was quite slow at times. this happened even when few people were waiting.

impersonal staff no room service
The attitude of staff at check-in bothered me. The person was disengaged and impersonal with little willingness to help. i reported four times that my phone was not working, yet there was no follow-up or resolution. the lack of room service was not what i expected. i also noticed the remote was sitting just below the tv in the frame.

I found the oak doors to be a nice feature. Smart lighting switches worked well in the room. I appreciated the excellent selection of TV channels. The air conditioning was easily adjusted, ensuring a comfortable temperature.
I noticed a slight noise from bins being emptied early in the morning.
