fantastic city stay
clean design functional design useful robes handy service
The staff members were attentive! my room had a very clean functional design with robes and slippers available for use. i really liked that the hotel offered laundry service. It was helpful for my travel needs. the hotel's location was very convenient, as many shops and bars were close by.
the light switches were hard to find, this was inconvenient.

I ordered room service several times. Each meal was excellent. the food from the grill was very good. The delivery and tray pick-up were both excellent. the hotel had a good breakfast buffet!

the hotel's location is ideal, it is very close to the temple bar area, and most sights are within walking distance! it is across the river at a quiet corner. the location was perfect!

i saw that the hotel has a very good gym, though i did not use it. the bar and restaurant were excellent and offered great service. the hotel is beautiful and the rooms were very spacious.

mediocre stay with some issues
poor soundproofing disruptive noise
the location was convenient with easy access to attractions.
I was disappointed that the soundproofing wasn't effective. i could clearly hear doors slamming, especially late at night and early in the morning which disrupted my sleep. additionally, there was a car alarm going off outside that further impacted my rest. The rooms should offer better insulation from noise.

smooth experience
friendly staff river view breakfast options
the staff was very friendly. i booked a room with river view, and it really enhanced the stay. the room was clean, and breakfast had many options.
the light switches weren't close to the lights. it made it difficult to find the switch when i entered the room at night. the placement could use improvement. i kept hoping i didn't turn on the cold water first.

the restaurant offered diverse breakfast choices, included both hot and cold options. a smoothie from mango was amazing, i really liked it. service was attentive, they cared for every need.

every staff member i met was cute and helpful. ricky at dining room provided really good service at breakfast. maria, at reception, was friendly at arrival. rory rooney, hotel manager, also.

the hotel's location made everything very reachable by walking. the hotel had verses from poets on the walls. my king room had enough space and was very clean, i could see the river.

Really good stay with nice details
warm welcome surprise upgrade kind gesture
the experience stood out. Lakisha at reception offered a warm welcome. A complimentary upgrade to a beautiful room surprised us (it was unexpected). A delicious chocolate cake and Irish chocolates with 'happy birthday' written on the plate were in the room, a kind gesture.
I noticed slight noise issues. You can hear doors slamming late and early. It impacted relaxation a little.

The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of foods (a must try, believe me). A menu offered items prepared instantly. Rory Rooney and his team provided great service, looking after every guest well.

The room was super clean and comfortable. It had a super comfy bed (I slept like a log). The room's design incorporated key details and created a beautiful space, which really stood out.

The location is excellent, providing easy access to main attractions. The hotel is within walking distance to many major spots. It's close to the river and hop-on-hop-off bus routes (very useful, if you ask me).

the location was very convenient for exploring. the staff was friendly and helpful . the breakfast options were delicious and had good variety.
the room i had was quite small. the air conditioning made some loud noises at night making it hard to sleep. there was no bath only a shower in the bathroom.
