amazing studio stay!
helpful staff clean room great pressure bonus coffee
The super nice team and nice! I really liked how clean everything was. The shower had awesome water pressure, i just loved it. The coffee and tea in the room were a nice bonus.
The window did not open in the room. I would have loved some fresh air.

Convenient and well-equipped
efficient check-in easy access helpful kitchenette
check-in was efficient I was given my room key quickly. the location allowed easy access to attractions like the guinness storehouse. the kitchenette was very helpful especially the fridge it made storing food simple.
the sink in the bathroom was quite small it made washing a bit awkward.

the studio had everything needed for a comfortable stay it was spacious enough. the room included a well-equipped kitchenette allowing for self-catering. i also found the cleanliness to be quite good the room was super clean upon arrival.

broken air conditioning two singles
the location was fine. the staff was friendly.
the air conditioning did not work and you could not open the window. the room felt stuffy. i asked for a double bed but got two singles. it was annoying.

service issues DETRACTED from stay
the location PROVED convenient for accessing nearby attractions.
Upon arrival, i LEARNED my TWO cards were unacceptable for payment. A staff member's intervention PREVENTED denied lodging. the check-out process lacked flexibility. A LATER check-out was denied DESPITE early check-ins of OTHER guests.

the hotel was clean and felt very modern. i appreciated having a small, well-equipped kitchen in my room. the bed was quite comfortable. the staff were friendly and assisted with all my queries.
The air conditioning was quite noisy. It occasionally disrupted my sleep.
