great locationunlabeled switchesflat pillows
the location near the ha'penny bridge was alright i suppose.
I found several issues. The light switches were unlabeled. it was quite annoying trying to figure out which switch controlled what. also, the pillows were not great and i ended up with a stiff neck. the pillows were really flat.

Superb Central Stay!

I appreciated the very central location! It made exploring all attractions easy. The suite was spacious, offering more than enough room for luggage and relaxation. Staff members were always friendly, giving good advice on local restaurants and sights. I also liked the convenient washing machine in the suite!
The lighting could have been a bit brighter in certain areas of the room.

faulty tvpoor air conditioning
The air conditioning barely worked. The room felt stuffy and never really cooled down, and sleeping was difficult. The TV also had problems with the signal. Someone tried fixing it, but it remained spotty for the rest of my stay.
