the hotel had a great restaurant and bar very close by. the hotel's proximity to the tram station made it easy to travel around the city. i also enjoyed the tasty and fresh breakfast.
I found that coffee pods were only provided on the first day. when we requested more, we were told it was not possible.

i found the staff to be friendly. the breakfast had a wide selection. it included cooked alternatives, fresh fruits, yogurt and bakery options. the room was clean and the bathroom was comfortable.
i was not informed about a 150 euro deposit needed for paying in cash before arrival. the room looked smaller than the pictures online. the temperature in the room was almost unbearable with only one small window and one fan.

I found the location convenient, about 15 minutes from the city center. breakfast included many choices. I noticed cooked options, fresh fruit, yogurt, and pastries. the room was clean and the bathroom was also very clean, this was important to me. staff members were friendly and available at all times.
i had some trouble with the room's temperature. we were not allowed to open a window because it was locked. this meant the room felt warm. a fan was provided. but it did little to help with the overall temperature.

the team members were efficient. they were friendly and helpful (exactly what i needed on this trip). location allowed walking to transportation for the airport and hop-on, hop-off buses. a restaurant existed in the hotel. there were lots of nearby food options.
the absence of air conditioning was a very slight drawback (a fan was provided, though).

the room was adequately sized. the bed was acceptably comfortable.
i stayed on the upper floor and the room was too warm. it lacked air conditioning, so i had to keep the balcony door open at night. this resulted in disturbances from loud voices of people gathered on the square.

the location was very convenient. it was just 200 metres from the luas stop. the reception staff were also friendly. the hotel was quite modern.
The restaurant visit was disappointing. I went around half 7 and there was only one other couple there. the waitress seemed more interested in her phone. i had to ask twice for my drink, but it never arrived until after my dinner
