i could walk easily from the train station. The hotel is right in front of a garden. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet. Some nice restaurants are very near.

The breakfast had good selection. It offered good value. The breakfast area needed mugs and cutlery more often. The staff seemed to have difficulties keeping up with demand at peak times.

Staff ARE helpful, polite, and efficient. The staff helped store baggage before the room was ready. They also stored baggage after checkout, until departure time. This WAS convenient.

the location where i stayed was very CONVENIENT. It was close to many restaurants and public transportation. The bed was very comfortable allowing a restful nights sleep. the STAFF were very helpful and friendly during check in and check out.
the room i stayed in was rather small. There was LIMITED space to move around, especially with luggage. The bathroom looked old and the shower had low water pressure. The noise from the street at night made SLEEPING difficult.

The hotel was close to several tube stops and located in a quiet square! it made it so easy to sleep well. My daughter loved the bathtub. the location was easy to get to. I appreciated getting fresh towels after just one night.

the location of the hotel was acceptable, especially for getting around the city by public transport.
the ROOM I had felt cramped and dated. the decor felt tired. i also found a persistent smell in the bathroom. this really spoiled my experience.

I found the location very convenient, near several Underground stations. My room included a modern television and a useful safe. The restaurant named 'Poppadoms' served really good mushroom biriani.
The absence of air conditioning made my room uncomfortably hot. Opening the windows helped a little, but I wished for a better cooling system.
