the location is excellent it is close to various attractions and public transport options are easily accessible. the staff members were helpful i received prompt assistance with my inquiries. the room was clean everything was well kept.
the room lacked air conditioning it was uncomfortable during warmer periods. the breakfast service was somewhat disorganized i observed delays in replenishing items.

the staff provided excellent service, especially andrea at breakfast! she helped me navigate the buffet because of my gluten allergy. dominic at the front desk also had a wonderful sense of humor. the location is convenient and close to tube stations.
the window in my room had a slight draft.
