the room was very modern. it had floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the thames river. the breakfast buffet offered a wonderful start to the day before exploring. it was easy to find great dining establishments nearby.
There was only one normal coffee bag in the room. The other two were decaf.

the hotel is very close to public transport, which i found very convenient. staff at check-in were helpful. (i especially appreciated isabella's assistance.) the service was great and the dinner in the restaurant was amazing. the hotel provided a complimentary dessert and champagne at the bar for my honeymoon.
the air conditioner did not work very well.

a heart in the city
modern decorevening strolls
i found the room's modern decor quite soothing the lighting created a very tender atmosphere. the proximity to major attractions meant spontaneous evening strolls were a must i walked to westminster abbey feeling like i was in a dream.

the location was indeed quite ideal.
The room felt quite dirty, i saw plenty of dust everywhere. Housekeeping could have been better, we loved the stay but, this was really disappointing. our tv didn't work and it couldn't be fixed .
