noise canceling windows outside sink helpful staff
i stayed in a superior double room. the room had noise canceling windows. there was a sink outside the shower and toilet, very useful. the staff brought plain yoghurt when i requested it.
the gym felt small. i also thought it was quite stuffy.

underwhelming stay. expected more.
tricky panel wooden panel
the breakfast had a huge assortment of cakes, pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, eggs, meats, and cheeses.
The light switches were almost impossible to figure out. the panel near the front door was not clearly labeled with instructions. i had to call the reception desk for help, and the clerk admitted the panel was "tricky". Apparently the designers preferred a "clean look" to guest convenience. also, i had to really search for the coffee maker, hidden behind what appears to be a wooden panel. what a joke!!!

the bed was comfy, which i expect at this price point.
the light switches in the room were a puzzle. it was not clearly labeled and required holding down for dimming. designers seem prioritize a clean look over guest convenience and practical functionality.

inconvenient switches overshadow modern style
light switches guest convenience
the bed was large and comfortable it met my expectations after a long day.
the light switches were almost impossible to figure out i had to call for help and the clerk admitted the panel was tricky the designers valued a clean look over guest convenience i found this ridiculous.
