The staff was friendly, especially at the spa. The hotel offered luxurious accommodations. I found the drinks at the bar good. The accommodations made my romantic getaway special.
I was woken up by a loud service door slamming outside my room. I reported the noise, but the issue persisted. The sound made it impossible to rest or sleep in.

The hotel is very central, about a 10 minute walk to the harbor. Bus stop 3 is a two-minute walk. I was picked up for all excursions there. It was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

The staff was super friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. They let me check in at 8 am after an overnight flight. Housekeeping is great. I did not have any issues. I appreciate the great service.

I was upgraded to a sixth-floor room with views of the square. The decor is modern yet cosy! The rooms are big and clean. The room was very comfortable with a bed that was very modern and clean.

the restaurant service was quite poor the food arrived cold on several occasions i also noted a large group seemingly taking over the entire restaurant they were quite loud and disruptive moreover the front desk staff seemed unhelpful regarding spa discounts and general information overall the service fell short of expectations for a hotel of this supposed standard

I enjoyed a clean and modern room. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The hotel stored our luggage during a multi-day trek I undertook. The location was perfect for exploring the city center, right on Parliament Square. I was very impressed!!!

The hotel is very close to the city center, and about 7 minutes from Rainbow Street. You can easily walk to the main downtown area. Bus stop 3 is also nearby. All excursions picked me up there.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety and great quality. I especially loved the Icelandic yogurt. The restaurant food was excellent. I especially enjoyed the meals there, prepared with fresh ingredients. The food was AMAZING!!!

the front desk staff was not particularly friendly. i booked the hotel because the website listed the spa as an amenity, but i discovered i had to pay extra to use it. it was a disappointing surprise after relying on that information.
