dampness smell cramped room
The staff at the front desk provided acceptable service.
The room felt cramped, especially the bathroom. A strong smell of dampness permeated the hallway. These issues detracted from the overall experience.

a good stay!
easy access convenient location great breakfast
Access was easy for me and my mobility scooter. the location allowed me to stroll to the railway station with no effort. breakfast offered such value. The selection was divine. i found my room to be adequate. It served its purpose beautifully after a difficult experience at another location.
the bathroom door seemed a bit thin and lacked a proper lock.

the staff extended a friendly welcome each time i saw them. they were helpful. their warmth. i felt genuinely cared for.

my room contained a very big, quiet bed, offering an escape from the city. the shower was AMAZING!!! complete with extra bathroom facilities. the proximity to the metro enabled easy visits to all of my favorite sites. i never felt disconnected.

faulty air conditioning small room
The air conditioning did not work . nobody informed me about this issue before or at check-in. I only learned about it after complaining about the heat. the room was very small and the bathroom door did not close properly. it's really not what you expect especially considering the price. I think they should address these issues soon.

the breakfast included fresh fruits different types of coffee french breads cheeses and hams i found it a great value. the location is near metro line 7 and gare du nord which was very convenient

quite good stay
helpful staff comfortable bed hot water
i found the staff helpful and quick with requests. the bed and pillows were comfy. this room offers a good shower with great pressure and hot water. also, i appreciate its nearness to dining places.
the bathroom pipes were shakingwith a loud noise. the disturbance occurred every half hour for three days. i think it needs more attention.

large room quiet evenings accommodating staff
The hotel is near Gare du Nord and the Poissonnière Metro station, a very convenient location! The room was large, offering ample space for luggage. The evenings were wonderfully quiet here. I enjoyed peaceful rest. The staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs.
