The air conditioning did not work . nobody informed me about this issue before or at check-in. I only learned about it after complaining about the heat. the room was very small and the bathroom door did not close properly. it's really not what you expect especially considering the price. I think they should address these issues soon.

i found the staff helpful and quick with requests. the bed and pillows were comfy. this room offers a good shower with great pressure and hot water. also, i appreciate its nearness to dining places.

the bathroom pipes were shakingwith a loud noise. the disturbance occurred every half hour for three days. i think it needs more attention.

The hotel is near Gare du Nord and the Poissonnière Metro station, a very convenient location! The room was large, offering ample space for luggage. The evenings were wonderfully quiet here. I enjoyed peaceful rest. The staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs.
