The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is near the metro. That is very convenient. My Classic Double Room was clean.
The room was smaller than expected. It was hard to have more than one suitcase open at a time. The area around the hotel felt unsafe at night! The front door was open with no one at the desk when I returned one night.

I found the staff to be very helpful and kind. They catered to every need and helped me find travel information. I enjoyed my stay for exploring the city. I found the hotel located right in the center.
My room seemed quite small. It felt almost impossible to move around in it. The room was not as advertised, because photos were misleading. I wish the hotel had offered upgrades at purchase.

The metro station is very close, just around the corner from the hotel. This provides convenient access to various parts of the surrounding area. Guests can quickly reach many attractions using the efficient public transportation system.

small room vinegar smell
the water pressure in the showers was excellent. nice coffee machines were available in the room.
the room i stayed in was quite small (smaller than i expected), and this made it difficult to move around comfortably. also, the hallways had a noticeable vinegar smell, which wasn't very pleasant. i found this quite off-putting .

The staff was helpful and professional. I really appreciated that. the location was centralized and convenient. it made getting around very easy. the front desk was always staffed and ready to assist, reassuring.
trying to ring reception was pointless, no one picked up.
