The location is convenient, near Gare St Lazare and St Augustin metro stops. I appreciated its boutique style instead of a large hotel chain. I felt more immersed in the culture of the country (which was my goal). The staff were also very friendly. They were better at English than I was at French (though the manager allowed me to practice).
I noticed the room had a strong body odor smell each day. It did not disappear even after opening the window (perhaps an air freshener would help). The sheets were tucked in, but not changed daily. My stay was acceptable, yet the room required better attention.

attentive staff amazing shower easy access
The staff was attentive! maria and catia remembered me every time i came and went. the beds and shower were AMAZING. it was only two minutes from the metro. Easy access to everything!
there were no wine or champagne in the room as promised! the elevators were terrible, and access cards stopped working twice.

the hotel boasts a prime location, really secure. it stands close to tourist hotspots. a train and metro station are right next door. my room was clean and quite spacious! the staff proved attentive.
the elevator moved slowly. it was the only elevator available , which occasionally caused delays during peak hours. i found myself waiting a bit longer than usual.

pawsitively amazing stay!
fluffy bed enclosed garden delicious bone dog friendly
the hotel staff showed immense thoughtfulness, particularly toward my furry friend. upon our arrival in the room, we found bowls, a plush bed, and a sizable, delicious bone awaiting her! there is a wonderful enclosed garden available. She could roam freely and she thoroughly enjoyed it.
I noticed that the water bottles were not refilled daily. this was a very minor issue, and everything else was perfect!!!

comfortable bed heated seat sanitary toilet
the executive room was really great. the bed was super comfortable i felt so good. the separate toilet is more sanitary and it even has a heated seat, i love it!
the elevators were a little bit terrible.
