excellent location and great service
convenient location friendly staff secure luggage clean room
I found the location convenient, especially since it was near the st lazare tube and train stations. Getting to the champs elysees area was very easy. the staff were friendly and helpful, and they securely looked after my luggage before check-in and after check-out. the room was very clean, and i appreciated that they serviced it each day. i will definitely stay there again.
The elevator felt quite old and operated very slowly. It took a few minutes to reach my floor.

The staff was friendly. They helped me store luggage after checkout. The location felt central to many shops. The hotel location is close to metro. Rooms looked clean and serviced each day.
The room windows faced an internal area. This made it dark.

prime location water filter small room unfriendly staff
the hotel location was awesome. it was near everything. i also enjoyed the good water filter facility they had. it was really useful to have fresh water available all the time!
the room, was pretty small. i could barely shut the shower door to wash. also, the staff, weren't super friendly. i was hoping for a warmer welcome, you know?
