The beds were super comfy! I also enjoyed the free water top-ups from the fountain in the breakfast bar. The staff were friendly and fluent in English 24hrs. The location in the 9th arrondissement was great.
The walls had terrible sound insulation. I could hear everything. The people in the adjacent rooms were audible. This impacted my sleep since some chatted late.

the staff was polite and helpful, which i did appreciate.
The room i received was smaller than expected given the price point. there was also considerable noise from adjacent rooms. The walls seem quite thin. i found it difficult to sleep soundly because of this.

i found a kind note and chocolates in my room upon arrival , a nice birthday surprise. the beds and bathroom were clean and stocked with quality products. complimentary water with refills was available , which i really appreciate. the location proved very convenient , it offered easy access to metro stations , grocery stores , and cafes.
the sound insulation wasn't great , i could hear noises from other floors in the morning , evening , and at night. even with earplugs , the noise was noticeable.
